Today is the first day of 2017! I can't believe how fast this world is moving. It's a must for me to make some new resolutions (even though not all of those crossed from the list). I make a lot of new great resolutions this year, hoping that every of my resolutions will happen. I'm not going to share all of my resolutions, but some of my resolutions are:

1. Toxic-free cosmetics and skincare

I use many beauty products (up to 12 products, or 15 products if there's a special occasion) every single day in my life. Before I knew how toxic they are, I just apply them on my skin without knowing the negative impacts from those products. So, basically I put toxic on my body.

The beauty products I've been using range from high-end to drugstore brands, such as Chanel, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Stila, The Body Shop, The Balm, Maybelline, NYX, and many more. And I just knew--by using this app--how dirty and toxic those products are. Well, not all of them toxic.

2. Less plastics is better

I love everything about environment, and I concern about it. My knowledge was not that much before I knew Lauren Singer who devotes herself so much to make earth a better place. It's difficult for me to go totally zero-waste but I try to use less plastics on daily use.

I always bring my own bag when I go shopping, bring my own bottle when I'm traveling. I plan to create DIY groceries bag to put everything, from fruits and vegetable to dairy products, such as eggs.

3. Exercise more

On 2016, I made a huge progress. I exercises 2-3 times a week on average! So, I want to keep it consistently. I don't exercise to lose weight or to be skinny, I exercise because I just want to be healthy.

4. Eat clean and healthy

I love eating. So much. But, knowing where the food I eat come from makes me to think twice. But I always eat everything people give to me, whether it's healthy or not because when people give food to me, it's a blessing from God which is not to be rejected. But if don't feel like to eat the food people give to me, I will give it to someone who will eat it, so I don't have to waste it.

5. One month, one book

As I posted before, I want to read at least one book every month, no matter how busy I am.
